The execution cycle

From a work instruction issued by an AI agent to a completion confirmation, all without business data ever leaving the system of record.

    Work instruction

    An AI agent (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Otto, or a custom agent) sends a work instruction to the Pillir Flow MCP server.

    Routing

    The MCP server routes the instruction to the native component installed inside the system of record.

    Native execution

    The native component executes the transaction using the system's own business logic and authorization framework, the same logic and roles a human user would use.

    Confirmation only

    A completion confirmation returns to the AI agent. Business data, including purchase orders, inventory, and financial records, never leaves the system of record.

AI agents send work instructions, not data. The native component executes against system data locally. Only the result returns. Business data never leaves the system of record, by design, not by policy.

Existing authorization is the enforcement point

Every action executes within the SAP authorization profile of the acting user. The AI agent cannot approve beyond that user's limits or access objects outside that user's role. No separate permission layer.

Full audit trail

Every AI-initiated action is logged with user identity, AI agent identity, action taken, objects affected, and timestamp, alongside the system's own independent change log.

Deployed inside your firewall

The MCP server runs in the customer's own cloud account or on-premise infrastructure. The native component installs inside the customer's instance. No Pillir-hosted infrastructure sits in the network path.
